Method
- If dates are dried, place them in a bowl with warm water for 10 minutes to soften.
- Drain the dates and place them in a food processor and blitz.
- Add oats, hazelnuts, cacao nibs, peanut butter, and chia seeds to the food processor along with the dates - then blitz until everything is combined.
- Take one tablespoon of the mixture and roll between the palm of your hands to form a ball. Repeat until all the mixture is gone.
- Place the balls in the fridge to set.
