Easy Vegan Energy Balls

The perfect healthy afternoon, or post-workout snack! Made with dates, oats, cacao nibs, peanut butter, and hazelnuts.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Dates
  • 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 Cup Hazelnuts
  • 1/4 Cup Cacao Nibs
  • 3 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds

Instructions
 

  • If dates are dried, place them in a bowl with warm water for 10 minutes to soften.
  • Drain the dates and place them in a food processor and blitz.
  • Add oats, hazelnuts, cacao nibs, peanut butter, and chia seeds to the food processor along with the dates - then blitz until everything is combined.
  • Take one tablespoon of the mixture and roll between the palm of your hands to form a ball. Repeat until all the mixture is gone.
  • Place the balls in the fridge to set.
