- 270 grams Cashews soaked overnight
- 1 block Extra Firm Tofu drained
- 2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
- 1 Garlic Clove minced
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- Juice of 1 Lemon
To make the Ricotta
Add drained cashews and tofu to a blender along with the rest of the ingredients. Blitz all the ingredients together until you have a creamy consistency. Taste and season as desired.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
