It’s Valentine’s Day. Which means, I must dedicate today’s post to the love of my life. Garlic bread. Ohhhhh lovely, lovely cheesy, herby garlic bread. You are divine.
Quite honestly, I’d very much like to have garlic bread with just about every meal. But I feel like that would be frowned upon. I’m sure friends and loved ones would soon begin to shun me as a result of the overwhelming garlic breath that would follow me everywhere. But then again, anything for love, right?
Now, there are some pretty decent vegan garlic breads out there in the supermarkets, but you can’t beat homemade. Especially when it’s so simple to make! This recipe is garlicky (obviously!), cheesy, and loaded with lots of oregano – the best of all the herbs, no?
So, next time you’re whipping up a big bowl of spag bol, give this garlic bread recipe a whirl… you’ll soon be turning your back on society to spend eternity with cheesy garlic and herb bread in hand.
